Death of director Nelly Kaplan, New Wave icon

Nelly Kaplan, Franco-Argentine director of "La Fiancée du Pirate" (1969), died Thursday morning of Covid-19 at the age of 89. This anarcho-feminist writer, icon of the Nouvelle Vague, died of Covid-19 in a Geneva hospital.
