Hasni Abidi: "Qatar has made an effort on human rights"

With less than eight months to go before the soccer World Cup kicks off, Qatar is still facing criticism over the conditions of foreign workers. Political scientist Hasni Abidi, however, notes "notable progress" regarding human rights in the country.
