Nazi salute not necessarily punishable

A Hitler salute is not always punishable. The Federal Court has acquitted a neo-Nazi who held out his arm during the far-right demonstrations at the Grütli in 2010. The man had been convicted by the Uri judiciary of racial discrimination.
