Contrary to popular belief, alcohol does not evaporate completely during cooking, whether it's the white wine in fondue or the rum used to flambé bananas. What's more, some widely consumed foods, such as sauces and breads, contain alcohol. Should pregnant women, children or people suffering from addiction avoid them?
